ASPIRE is an online program to help teens quit smoking. It has different sections for students who are just experimenting with tobacco and for those who are addicted and even for those who are not interested in quitting now.

BecomeAnEx strives to help you identify your triggers... any time, place, activity or person can trigger your desire to smoke. Once your triggers are identified, provides resources to teach you how to deal with these urges without smoking. Information is available in English and Spanish.

CATCH My Breath

The CATCH Program collaborated with researchers at Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health to create CATCH My Breathâ„¢, a youth e-cigarette, vape, JUUL, and vape prevention program specific to grades 5-12. assists people who want to quit using chewing tobacco or snuff. It was developed as part of a research project funded by the National Institutes of Health. Registration is required.

Freedom from Smoking Online

Freedom from Smoking Online is the American Lung Association's online, web-based smoking cessation program. Registration is required. You Quit, Two Quit is aimed at expectant families and has special tips and materials for mothers and father-to-be to quit tobacco.
